They can also support other health professionals in assessing the social functioning of patients and can refer them to the appropriate services if necessary.

With the referral of the family doctor, our pharmacist offers a service to users with needs due to complex or specific health problems and to those for whom it is necessary to ensure adherence to the criteria of good prescribing or monitoring practices.
