Listening to your needs

Upon referral by one of our doctors, clients registered in our GMF can receive services concerning a variety of health problems including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, medication and chronic illness monitoring.

Our nurses also offer diagnostic testing for memory difficulties, for sexually transmitted illnesses as well as offering PAP tests. They also actively participate in the care of our pregnant patients.
